Exhibitions
The technical exhibition will be held during the period 27-29 October 2026, in front of the plenary hall (Grand Ballroom) in Songdo, ConvensiA. Subject to approval by the Local Organizing Committee (LOC), registrations will be processed on a first come, first served basis.

- Early registration: 1-31 May 2026 (discounted prices)
- General registration: 1 June- 31 July 2026
Booth design and Package
Below is a draft rendering of the booths. The final design and package (screens, brochure racks, desk, chairs, etc.) will be confirmed and communicated to exhibitors soon. Booth sizes are either 3x3 m or 6x3 m.
