Although many organizations have leadership and management development programmes in place, not all of them take into consideration the unique characteristics and context of the new leadership model, which is guided by the group and not a single individual. In this regard, the event aims to analyse the effective integration of new collective leadership methods and approaches in the daily work of nuclear industry organizations, as well as the effective evaluation of collective leadership training and its impact on safety and organizational culture. This event is organized by the Russian Federation.
