This event will explore the advantages of standardization and replication and how the ‘fleet effect’ and serial production are the backbone of a successful and sustainable nuclear programme. High-level speakers from industry and institutions will discuss:
- Complementarity between a robust domestic new nuclear programme and international projects;
- The strategic portfolio of nuclear projects to stimulate and give visibility to the supply chain to foster investments;
- Lessons learned sharing between existing and new nuclear operators to secure long-term performance both during construction and operation; and
- International cooperation to secure global strategic and political support.
