The book includes a comprehensive fire safety inspection checklist of the specific elements to be addressed when evaluating the adequacy and effectiveness of the fire protection measures and manual fire fighting capability available at operating nuclear power plants. It is recommended that this safety practice report be used in conjunction with Safety Guide No. 50-SG-D2 (Rev. 1).
