Polonium-210 due to its high radioactivity has been used as a lightweight heat source for thermoelectric cells in satellites. It has also been used in anti-static brushes.

Risks
Due to its extremely high radioactivity, if swallowed or inhaled Polonium-210 is extremely toxic in small amounts and can cause organ and DNA damage.
