The Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), Rafael Mariano Grossi, today met Rosatom Director General Alexey Likhachev and other senior Russian officials in Kaliningrad and then returned to IAEA’s Vienna headquarters where he held a press conference.
