The Division for Asia and the Pacific is organising a set of webinars to provide new National Liaison Officers/National Liaison Assistants and new Counterparts an overview of the implementation part of the technical cooperation programme, the process involved in the procurement of equipment and services, and how the human resource components (Fellowships/Scientific Visits, Meetings and Experts, and Training Courses) are implemented.
