Practical Assessment (Part 2)

Intended for Assessors to enter results of practical assessment and verification of experience in acquiring patients studies.
Record marks scored for each part of the assessment forms. Note in the checklist that each section is scored as follows:
subtract 2 for each incorrect procedure
subtract 1 for partially incorrect or need for prompting
Determine total by summing the section scores.
