To enhance the environmental and nutritional safety for the people of Lebanon through the establishment of a national knowledge centre with advanced technical skills for studying the chemical speciation of elements (toxics, nutrients) and radionuclides in areas affecting public and environmental safety/health, that provide indispensable data for well founded decisions by policy makers.
