          Logistics and FAQ

          The conference will be held at the Hilton Riyadh Hotel and Residences, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Additional accommodation options can be found here

          Visas

          If you hold an official role in the conference, such as an oral presenter, poster presenter, invited speaker or session chair, you required to obtain a Conference Visa. An eVisa will not be sufficient. Please follow the steps detailed below:

          • Submit the following documents to the Nuclear and Radiological Regulatory Commission (NRRC) as soon as possible:

          • A PDF copy of the designation/registration confirmation letter (issued directly by the IAEA).

          • A PDF copy of the photo page of your passport (must be clear and fully legible, with the machine-readable zone visible).

          • Recent passport-size photograph.

          • Completed visa application form (attached to this e-mail).

          • Submit all documents to: EPR2025@nrrc.gov.sa as soon as possible

          • Once received, NRRC will issue an official invitation letter.

          • With the official invitation letter, you will need to apply for a Conference Visa in person at your nearest Saudi Arabian embassy or consulate.

          Deadline:

          Applications must be submitted no later than 4 weeks prior to travel.

          Important Notes:

          Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the expected date of arrival.

          It is recommended that passports have at least 1–2 blank pages for entry stamps.

          All information in the visa application form must exactly match the passport.

          Neither IAEA nor NRRC can be held responsible for visa rejection, non-issuance, or any related costs.

          For all Other General Participants

          Eligible Countries for Electronic Visa (eVisa) or Visa on Arrival:

          If you are a citizen of one of the following countries, you are eligible to apply for an eVisa via the Visit Saudi platform, or obtain a visa on arrival at Saudi ports of entry: Bahamas, Barbados, Canada, Grenada, Panama, Saint Kitts and Nevis, United States, Albania, Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Netherlands, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Montenegro, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Ukraine, United Kingdom, Azerbaijan, Brunei, China (including Hong Kong and Macau), Japan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Malaysia Maldives, Singapore, South Korea, Tajikistan, Thailand, Turkey, Uzbekistan, Mauritius, Seychelles, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand.

          Validity: 1 year – multiple entries

          Stay Duration: Up to 90 days per visit

          Required Documents:

          • Passport valid for at least 6 months from arrival date.
          • Return ticket or onward confirmed ticket.
          • Proof of accommodation (hotel booking or equivalent).

          Important Notes:

          • Neither IAEA nor NRRC can be held responsible for visa rejection, non-issuance, or any related costs.

          Other Nationalities (Not Eligible for eVisa or Visa on arrival):

          Submit the following documents to the Nuclear and Radiological Regulatory Commission (NRRC) as soon as possible:
