Currently, women professionals are underrepresented in the nuclear industry in many countries. At the same time, women are getting more interested in pursuing careers in this field. Leading Russian and international studies suggest that diverse management teams achieve better results, which has resulted in significant interest from the business world. Several programmes led by women's expert communities and educational organizations have the aim of providing comprehensive support for women in the technology sector. The side event will feature experts sharing their vision for building strategies to involve women in the nuclear industry, present projects, and successful cases. This event is organized by the Russian Federation.
