Research and development of treatments using medical radioisotopes and nuclear medicine treatments has progressed rapidly in countries around the world in recent years especially since its efficacy in metastatic cancer has been demonstrated, and while the social implementation of nuclear medicine treatments is expected to become more widespread in the future, this workshop will summarize the challenges and current situation regarding the social implementation of nuclear medicine treatments. This workshop will focus on nuclear medicine therapy using alpha emitting radionuclides such as Ac-225 and At-211 in particular. This event is organized by Japan.
