At the event, the National Nuclear Energy Commission (CNEN) will present the current state of the Brazilian Multipurpose Reactor (RMB) project, which main objectives are to produce radioisotopes for medical and industrial use; to use neutron beams in scientific and technological research; to perform neutron activation analyses; and to perform materials and nuclear fuel irradiation tests. The event will showcase how the RMB aims to provide Brazil with facilities that will significantly improve the country's infrastructure for nuclear scientific and technological development.  This event is organized by Brazil.
