This webinar is the seventh in the IAEA Webinar Series on Training and Qualification related to nuclear facility personnel. The main purpose of this event is to support member states in SAT (Systematic Approach to Training) implementation, particularly the use of practical solutions to some common challenges.

After attending the webinar, the participants will be able to: ― Describe how to use the graded approach in training ― Identify when to use competency analysis vs JTA (job task analysis) ― Explain the importance of using SAT for OJT (on the job training)
