This webinar is the fifth in the IAEA Webinar Series on the Training and Qualification related to the nuclear facility personnel. The main purpose of this event is to support Member States in Systematic Approach to Training (SAT) implementation, particularly the use of principles and methods of evaluating the effectiveness of training. During this webinar, international experts will share their practical experiences regarding the various ways to evaluate training effectiveness as well as the challenges in such evaluations. The IAEA guidance on this topic will also be presented.
