ZODIAC – Current Status and Path Forward

The Zoonotic Disease Integrated Action (ZODIAC) Initiative was established by the IAEA to help Member States strengthen the preparedness and capabilities to rapidly detect and timely respond to outbreaks of zoonotic diseases.
Three years after the launch of ZODIAC, this event will highlight the progress made towards the achievement of its objectives including the support provided to Member States to build their capacities, as well as the integration of ZODIAC as part of concerted global efforts to tackle zoonotic diseases. Furthermore, the event will describe the path forward aiming at strengthening Member States’ preparedness and response capabilities.
This event will be held on Monday, 25 September from 3.30 p.m. to 4.00 p.m. at ESPACE M01, M building, first floor.
