The international nuclear community needs a more collaborative and mobilized leadership to achieve a more diverse, gender equal and inclusive nuclear sector. During an interactive panel discussion with high level speakers from different regions and organizations, participants will get insights into what is needed from leaders to accelerate progress in this area and meet the needs of the nuclear workforce. During the event, concrete action plans and commitments that support gender equality, diversity and inclusiveness will be showcased. This event is co-organized with the Group of Friends for Women in Nuclear and Women in Nuclear IAEA and will be followed by a reception. This event is organized by Spain.
