Recognizing the global trend towards expanding use of nuclear energy, JAEA has formulated recently its new vision that outlines the R&D direction for JAEA to pursue in the future, consisting of three key areas: Synergy, Sustainability, and Ubiquity. Through the realization of this vision, as well as building on the knowledge and expertise accumulated during twenty years since its establishment and taking into account fresh ideas to address emerging challenges, JAEA at the event seeks to share with IAEA member countries, JAEA's contribution activities and innovative insights for the peaceful use of nuclear energy, thereby promoting the mutual cooperation among these countries. This event is organized by Japan.

This event will be held on Tuesday, 16 September 2025, from 2.00 p.m. to 3.00 p.m. at ESPACE M01, M Building, first floor.
