The event will address the development of the world’s atomic cities through nuclear technologies and infrastructure, including energy related and non-energy applications of nuclear that help to improve citizens’ wellbeing and launch new industries. The event will build upon the outcomes of the Obninsk International Youth Forum taking place in September 2023, where sustainable cities will be one of the key themes. It will also bring together representatives of atomic cities to discuss how people and urban communities can use nuclear technologies and nuclear’s novel applications to boost the quality of life. This event is organized by the Russian Federation.

This event will be held on Thursday, 28 September 2023, from 3.30 p.m. to 5.30 p.m. in Conference Room M5, M Building, ground floor.
