Recent years have seen great advances in the minimization of highly enriched uranium (HEU) in civilian applications. This side event aims to take stock of international developments in HEU minimization in the six years since the last International Symposium on HEU Minimization in 2018 and will evaluate past successes, highlight recent accomplishments, and explore ongoing efforts to further HEU minimization. This event is organized by Norway.
