Building on the success of previous UN Climate Change Conferences, IAEA will once again feature its Atoms4Climate pavilion at COP30 to highlight the growing global momentum for nuclear energy as a vital component of the clean energy transition and a key tool for climate adaptation. The pavilion will be officially inaugurated on 10 November at 4:00 PM, including a virtual address by the IAEA Director General and keynote speeches of ministers and senior representatives from governments, international organizations, industry, and non-governmental organizations. The event will conclude with a networking reception.
The event will open with remarks from the IAEA Director General (video).
