Establishing and Enhancing National Legal Frameworks in Member States, Phase II

To assist Member States in establishing, maintaining and strengthening comprehensive and adequate national legal frameworks for the safe, secure and peaceful use of nuclear energy and ionizing radiation, in line with the relevant international legal instruments, IAEA safety standards, and guidance documents, and to support their consideration of becoming party to the relevant international legal instruments.
