The Dominant Role High Temperature Gas-cooled Reactors (HTGR) will Play in the Upcoming Zero Carbon Society

To promote the role that High Temperature Gas-cooled Reactors (HTGRs) can play in achieving carbon neutrality to global nuclear stakeholders, and to discuss end-user involvement in the development of the technology and specific applications for their deployment in Japan and abroad. In addition to deepen understanding of Japan's HTGRs technology in the IAEA and its Member States, and to demonstrate the Japan Atomic Energy Agency’s (JAEA) presence in the HTGR field. This event is organized by Japan.
