The objective of the event is to provide a step-by-step methodology to develop, use and maintain a Design Basis Threat (DBT) assessment, including a threat assessment that can serve as the basis for the development of a national, site or activity specific DBT.The event is intended for participants from this State that are responsible for the development and implementation of regulations for security of nuclear and other radioactive material and associated facilities in the country. Interested parties may include experts, analysts, and those directly involved in National Security, Customs and Border Security, Law Enforcement; Regulatory Authorities, Technical Support Organizations; and any other competent authorities responsible for threat and risk assessments.
