International Workshop on Project Support and Management Approaches for Nuclear Security Upgrade Projects
The objective of the event is to reduce implementation risk and improve sustainability of PP systems. The event will allow participants to adopt and understand a common project support and management approach. The workshop is designed to teach senior level delegates from the regulator and operator(s) to successfully plan, manage and deliver nuclear security system upgrade projects.?The event is aimed at stakeholders of physical protection upgrade projects, primarily operators and regulators from Member States.
