Strengthening National Capacity in Radiation Therapy, Nuclear Medicine and the Manufacturing of Radiopharmaceuticals for Healthcare Applications

To consolidate the existing radiotherapy and nuclear medicine facilities at the TASH and establish radiotherapy and nuclear medicine centres in seven regions of the country, for the diagnosis and curative and palliative treatment of cancer patients and the efficient diagnosis and management of other diseases, including cardiovascular diseases. To strengthen national capacity in the manufacture of radiopharmaceuticals for healthcare applications.
