The objective of the event is to give the participants an opportunity to understand, learn and enhance their knowledge and capabilities in design, installation, operation, integration and maintenance of physical protection systems to be used for the security of nuclear and other radioactive material and their associated Facilities. Staff from the operating organizations, regulatory bodies, other competent authorities or organizations responsible for design, establishment, operation and evaluation of effectiveness of the physical protection systems.  Participants should possess educational and technical background suitable for discharging the responsibilities related to physical protection of nuclear material and nuclear facilities.
