The IAEA is celebrating its 60th anniversary, starting with this year’s General Conference. It is an opportunity to look back at the remarkable achievements of the Agency in six decades of promoting the safe, secure and peaceful use of nuclear technologies and also to reflect on 60 years of Emergency Preparedness and Response (EPR).
Technical Cooperation Side Events at the 60th IAEA General Conference
This year, the IAEA holds its 60th regular session of the General Conference from 26 to 30 September. To commemorate the IAEA’s 60th anniversary, a number of events and activities are planned during the General Conference.
