The Joint FAO-IAEA Centre of Nuclear Techniques in Food and Agriculture and the FAO Regional Office for Asia and the Pacific (FAO-RAP) are organizing a webinar to promote awareness in climate-smart, nutrient-dense crop management practices in agricultural systems. The webinar aims to empower stakeholders to adopt innovative approaches to mitigate climate change impacts and enhance food security.
The event ?will provide a platform for plant breeders, seed systems experts, and other stakeholders to discuss sustainable technologies and strategies for seed systems harmonization. The webinar will cover topics such as innovative breeding techniques, seed quality management, effective seed distribution strategies, and best practices.
The webinar aims to facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices on enhancing crop deployment through practical approaches, promoting the adoption of improved crop varieties, improving agricultural productivity, and ensuring long-term sustainability of food production systems.
