Technical Cooperation Meetings

To ensure participation and avoid many events taking place in parallel during the week of the General Conference (GC), the following virtual Technical Cooperation Meetings are scheduled before the week of the General Conference:

31st Meeting of AFRA Representatives

The objectives of the 31st Meeting of AFRA Representatives are, among others, to endorse recommendations from the AFRA Technical Working Group Meeting, endorse the 2019 IAEA Annual Report, and discuss new AFRA policy and programme-related matters.

49th RCA General Conference Meeting

The 49th RCA General Conference Meeting will focus on policy and management issues related to the RCA, as well as on operational and procedural matters regarding RCA programme planning and implementation.

ARASIA Annual Meeting

The objective of the ARASIA Annual Meeting is to discuss and agree on important actions to further strengthen the ARASIA Agreement and to foster efficient implementation of its technical cooperation programmes for increased impact, effectiveness and visibility.

Europe NLO Meeting

This meeting with NLOs from Europe region Member States will provide an overview of the current cycle of the technical cooperation programme in the Europe region and a preliminary assessment of concepts for the 2022–2023 cycle.

Due to logistical and programmatic reasons, the following Technical Cooperation Meeting is scheduled after the week of the General Conference:

XXI Meeting of the Body of ARCAL Representatives

This meeting of the Board of ARCAL Representatives will review the activities undertaken in the framework of ARCAL from September 2019 to September 2020 and approve the projects being proposed by ARCAL for the cycle 2022–2023.
